Why i'm discouraged of playing CV

Personally , i don't use my CV very much because untill you get t4 fighters, your fighters are crappy scouts which
on occasion, generate some creds, and your useless against high levels.
I don't think there is a practical solution encourage CV users that are too high for interceptors yet too low for T4's.
Let the flaming begin.

The more I read from you the more I wish we were on the same server! 2 reasons A. We'd be put on same team and wreck havoc and make LOTS of people scream blind! B. We'd be put on opposite teams, and wreak havoc with each other trying to out do each other. I've never tryed offering advice, its hard for me to explain to people what I'm doing when I micro. I move them THIS WAY!, then let go then VERY QUICKLY move them again, then back, have to be going west though, east does not work... Gets very confusing.

Sounds almost like how I would have to try to explain what I meant by my fighters doing a "swarm attack" lol

:) I agree its very hard to explain that sort of stuff, I usually confuse myself trying. Only the little tricks and basic concepts are easier to explain.

so in other words
it takes skill to use CV
if you cant be bothered to learn the skills, then you will become discouraged and start complaining about anything ?
sounds like most cv players to me

This is only a half truth. Scouting will only win games if the BBs on your team are 1) not morons and 2) not totally outclassed by the BBs on the other team. And most of the time 1) is not true. All in all, going full BW is more effective these days.

Some cv players can pull this off pretty well.. some do better scouting than a few of the fws out there.

IMHO even a bad player would have a higher chance to win a GB2 in a BW than in a FW. I am really bad at bombing. But still, I feel it is easier for me to snatch a win with a BWed CV2/3 than with a full FW CV5/P/6. Of course, if you join a GB2 with a lot of fleetmates and thus can assume you will have at least one or two decent BBs, the story completely changes.

learn the art of dodging your fps... pressing l and , to alternate your altitude. rick click mouse button to drag
your planes. If you want to scout try scout one or two area at the time, either upper half or lower half of the map..
But you have to dodge those AA ships. However keeping sight will not help team if your BBs rush themselves
to death. If you carry bombers you can take out those pesky AA ships by yourself There is not exact way to play CV
in GB II, sometime you are more effective as BW depened on game situation..
