Credit to NFE for, you know, actually declaring, e'en on the harbor that nobody has wanted to try for the last two weeks.

HA should be simple with the attacking fleet is only 50
10bb6 20bb5 members and so on and that fleet
advocates would bring the same amount of member and
Bb6 bb5 number of boats and others to advocate for
give equal terms to small and Fleets
become more fun to play HA

Kaiser doesn't have this problem at all and we can thank Vets fleet for it. If it wasn't for them giving up and declaring on a lot of the bigger fleets that own harbors there wouldn't be so much diversity in who owns what harbor.

We've had three fleets give up ownership with the declared intent to do more attacks.

Presumably Black Sun was beat to declaration by NFE this week.
PMW is under penalty from last week.
Relic has gone bye-bye.

Additionally, Flota Chile is under penalty from last week.

AA, BF, AH, and ARA are current owners.

That's 9 fleets. And I refuse to believe that everybody else is preparing for something big in the coming couple weeks.

No fleet with a lot of USAmericans wants to have to defend on 4th of July.

I believe that rules out quite a lot of the international fleets.

Even if the 4th was Saturday, SDE would do nothing. Last year I remember quite clearly being declared upon at zero hour on Wednesday on Hamburg. SDE did nothing and the attacking fleet damn nearly took the Harbour too since most of our American players were out. Very devious to attack on public holidays.

Almost as devious as changing your fleet logo to the "neutral rehor" and declaring. We didn't notice until Thursday late evening that we had an HA.
