good thing they patched that not to long ago (something that came out of the suggestions forum as well if im right)
hit F10, under extra settings you can turn the refuel button on/of for each plane type.
not a big fan of your other suggestion tbh, dragging & micro-ing will get them to do exactly what you want
(until your fp run out of ammo..)
lets just focus on the suggestion at hand: resetting loaded planes
