Most cvs are poor - and dont even line up properly at start
Most bbs are poor - and dont scout properly/drive due north/south.

The standard of current play is appalling.


There needs to be some change to encourage decent playing.
Extra xp for scouting might be a start....


Theres no fun to be had crushing the enemy - or being crushed. What we want is close battles.

IN THE END - it is true that this is a game....and I hope that everyone who lives/dreams navyfield also has something else to do with their life as well because yes - it is meant to be enjoyed...not work.

Scouts are helpful - But good play is helpful too. If you want to help players - help them - if you want to play - Play - if you want to gripe - Gripe - but remember that its a game and not meant to make a person feel like they have to live a pattern thats the "norm".

From a personal spot - Im seeing ALOT of cv1/2 in play right now on nebby server (lvl 60 - 70 fighters) - these fighters you know are not going to match up with the t4 of the cv5 / 5.5/ 6 - so please understand that these guys may be bw for exp but in their support bays are Fighters and what not.

Counter point to my first point -
BBS - if you have a cv6 and cv3 and 2 cv2 vs a team with a PCV and 3 cv1 - and your cv6 is FW - How does it work that the cv 6 is the FIRST Cv sunk...by battleships...pushing a south vs bb5s and 6s.

In same manner - Bbs can scout - yes - not turn tail and run to wait for more FP to be launched.

I agree with Rampage here. When you play a competitive team based game, it should speak for itself you at least try to chip in for your team. When you play solo games, feel free to mess around however you like.
And if you simply wish to be a burden to your team, it should come as no surprise that the players that do want to get the best of of their games take offense at that.

That's simply how teambased PvP gaming works. At least attempt to do a good job or accept the fact that your teammates are gonna hate your guts. Nothing 'elitist' about that.

After years of reading the same players posting the same complaints, it should occur to people that there are, appearently, only a dozen or so talented players in the entire game.

They should be happy that there are games where 8 BBs don't have scouts because they, in their ulitmate skill, will dominate the game from wire to wire and get 4-500k attack every time. Are they not happy with all that winning and domination? Not happy with showcasing their massive skillz?

Surely, in the complete absence of any skill, save the1 or 2 other skilled players who might just happen to be logged in at the same time as them, they must dominate every game they play. Is the lack of scouts in non-skilled players' boats making you pile up too much attack, making godlike players feel guilty?

Most BBs on Nebby have absolutely no clue what to do with sight, if given.

So it makes sense that they do not use scouts.

And it turns BW into the most effective CV setup. Hooray. -.-

It all boils down to the shared experience. It has allowed people to advance long before they learn the tactics and learn their ships. The high number of CVs in the game have spoiled the BB players into not using their scouts because they feel they can rely on the CVs to do it for them. Go into a blitz room sometime, see if anyone is using planes other than a Oyodo or a CV. If one does not learn in blitz, where you can advance in one week what use to take 6 months, you can see where no one has the ability or understanding in using a scout.
