Shared XP is why I quit the game. Yes it does make you want to win the game a bit more because that's the only way to get "more" XP but other then that there's no point in being good. Really come to think of it I cared about winning in "All Welcome" 's almost more. I think what could force some people to do better would be grouping. Come on what MMO does not have a "Group" option?

Yes i know there are tons of problems with a Group in this game (mostly all caused by the low skill of the community). but what better way to never have to care about not having FC then grouping with that 1 cv that uses fighters and what better way for that CV not to fill like his fighters are doing nothing, then always being on a team with at least 1 BB that could do more then blind rush the other team.

I dont know just my 2 cents but if i could always get on a team with my friends that play the game the way we think it should be played (BB's with scouts and CV's with fighters) then the only ones to blame are our self's.

Ranking CV?
Based on what? Experience? Capability? CV tier?

Someone telling me how or what to do in a CV would get short shrift.

Asking me to do something would get FAR better results...

Its all well and good moaning about poor team players, but you shouldn't do it when it makes you look like a hypocrite.

Both yourself and your fleet have done things that have conflicted against what you have posted here.

And complaining about AA whore Moltke's is a pretty dead point imo. If a good player is using one, they can completely dominate an enemy flank's airspace.

It doesn't all boil down to shared exp; It boils down to lack of reward for teamplay. Lack of reward for scouting. Lack of a bonus for sinking a shit (only for getting attack). Lack of a bonus for killing/firing upon enemy ships that are firing upon your teammates. I could go on and on.

I would say its more about fleets not having standards or holding their members to the standards they have. That and fleets not educated their players on how to play,
