  • Border Humping is not a problem in Navyfield.

As our CV was launching a wave of bombers and putting them onto the border, the enemy CV
was bringing his bombers OFF the border at the same time to bomb him.

Very nice summation of the level that NF is now at.

Please, tell me what you think?

Hey, I remember the days when I used to play and people borderhumped planes. We
would just park some fighters on the border and move on with our lives.

what hope have we got when mods are border humping bombers, the bomber
reload time has been reduced miles to far and they can send so many bombers in 1
go by stacking, that is why nothing will be done. And most players answer to this is
smoke and were does most smoke come from oh yes $$$$$$$$$ from the NF store.
POINT made.

dont ask how cause i have no clue.. i just had a quick read instead of a fullread. so me
rushing may have been why this came about.

out i was talking to the wrong person lol sorry dude!

Don't really care and not a problem to me.

I choose to enjoy the game for what it's worth, rather than waste my time worrying
or getting annoyed by the ethics (or lack thereof) of some random dude behind a
computer screen.

The world will never be a perfect place where everybody does the right or
honourable thing.

*sigh*

Failure to Read is your downfall.

Can a FM start cleaning this up from when this idiot entered the thread please? I don't
particularly like the way he is polluting my thread...

"@splid i take it your one of those high levels wanting larger maps then ;) if so that
makes you divvy too.

welcome to the clan dude."

Maybe read the whole thread and then rethink your post :) It makes you look less stupid :)

"i love it when people dont like what i say lol. infact i want you to read it again."

You can like it all you want, it doesn't change the fact that you like to post drivel :)

its not border humping or border hugging.. ITS A F'ING EXPLOIT!! do we all understand
what an exploit is ????

if not here is a simple explantion for you..

its a feature within a game mechanic that can be manipulated inorder to gain an
advantage.. (exploit!!!)

when the game was designed the developers new it would not be perfect, they also new there
would be some gaps and glitches.. (every game has bugs glitches)

that being said, they did not know that players would discover this exploit/glitch we all
call borderhugging/borderhumping..(which is the same thing)

the diffrence is there is no diffrence between the two definitions, they are the same
thing wether shadows can be seen or not.(stop being pathetically petty)

its cheating!! its an exploitation of game mechanics, and i fear the kind of support this
is getting from the kind of people that should be utterly against it is doing more harm
than good to the game. people will not tolerate seeing the games moderators and
developers supporting an obvious exploit in the very game they are meant to show fairness
and promote balance and understanding in.

this kind of behavior from the people intrusted to promote these things will only drive
players away.

all tnf mod's and devs should be striving to improve the fairness and qaulity of their
product which they are asking money for!! if they cannot do this then i strongly sugest
they give up their posistion's and become normal players instead.

borderhumping/hugging EXPLOIT is a serious problem along with all the other problems such
as lag and unbalance amongst ships and nations.. the moderators and developers of the game
should be actively seeking to remove these issues not creating excuses to support them or
explain why they wont fix the issues.

if it means a complete rewrite or redevelopment of the games map system then thats what
they have to do.. its demanded of them by the very people who pay them to play and use
their nf store.. (which is alot of people)

sde is earning money from this game. it owes its community a good qaulity fair and
balanced game play experience at the best of its abilities..

fix the damn problems!! borderhumping/hugging is the same thing and its a massive issue in
the game.

its clearly pissing people off..

and no its not about being skillful enough to cover the borders, only a retard would
sugest such a thing!!! the answer lies only in one word and that word is FIX!!!

"it would seem not many people think logically in this game. in short its full of divvies. "

Perhaps you would like to refrain from posting comments such as:

"most people who want larger maps are infact level 120 crew owners. isnt that a surprise!!
or pretty damn close to lvl 120."

or you will quickly be labeled as one of the said divvies. Or have you done extensive
research into the subject or larger maps correlating the opinion with the level of said
player?

Have you hell... But then again, posting something like it is a fact is normally enough
to get 50% of the thicker people on board... You are just another doomsayer, and not a
very good one.

Larger maps are clearly not the answer as has been explained previously.
