Genocide-(N.) The systematic annihilation of an ethnicity, race, or creed.

Name one of the previously mentioned incidents that weren't genocide. I'm still waiting
on my "lies", just so you don't forget. Your counter is completely personal, which means
you're either out of excuses or you're just not mature enough to argue in an adult
manner. Whats next? Cussing me out? Stick to youtube.

Anyone notice the historical similarity between Osama Bin Laden and Japanese
Admiral Isorouku Yamamoto? I mean, they both attacked America (Adm.Y planned
the raid on Pearl Harbour), and we went out of our way to shoot both of them. We
found Adm.Y's travel plans and actually sent P38s on a top secret mission to shoot
his transport plane down. The difference is, Yamamoto's body was found in the
wreck of the bettybomber (those planes are sh*t btw), but Osama's fishie food now
and no one here has real proof except the gov't.

"it references Vietnam as "an example that maybe fits better." Would you like to
explain HOW it fits better since the previous references are of GENOCIDE?? Would
you also like to explain HOW I was lying? It seems like you're the one with twisted
facts.
Secondly, Human Rights violations dont have to be committed by one country on
another's people. (See: Kosovo, Iraq, Iran, Russia, North Korea, China, ect.) "

>>>YOUR EARLIER POST<<<
Time Location Perpetrators Victims Number of victims

1929 to 1953 Russia Communists - Stalin Public 20million+
1949 to 1987 China Communists Chinese public 40 million
1975 to 1979 Cambodia Khmer Rouge Public 1.7 to 2 million
1975 to 1999 East Timor Muslims Roman Catholics 200,000
1985 Sudan Gov and militia Public 200,000+
1994 to 1996 Chechnya Russia Punlic 30,000"

Does examples do have (except with Chechnya to some extend, depends if you see
chechenya
as country or not) one major problem ... they are domestic and no other country was
involved. The war in former yugoslavia was a war between different countries.
Domestic
conflicts are primarly under domestic laws, except for human rights and only if the
country have signed them.

An example that maybe fits better is vietnam, 2 countries and methods on both sides
that
are highly debatable.

Ultradog, I went and looked up your citations and the vast majority turn out to be
either non-existent or you took it out of context.

Hidden, how is Vietnam an example of genocide?! What's next? Bringing up Haditha? All
who were involved were later pardoned or not charged at all.

The Geneva Conventions DO NOT APPLY to a combatant who isn't fighting in uniform. It
only applies to countries that SIGNED the Geneva conventions. Feel free to quote
where it says that the conventions apply to an enemy combatant who doesn't fight
under a flag or country. I still find Irony and flat out stupidity in people who criticize the
US for "HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATIONS" (They're non existent) but fail to identify places like
RUSSIA, CHINA, NORTH KOREA, IRAN, SAUDI ARABIA, ect. for doing awful things to
people. Did you know that North Korea starves its own people to up Heroin production?
Will that ever make the News? Nope, the UN is too busy criticizing the US for scaring the
hell out of a whiny terrorist in Abu Ghraib.

Obvioulsy, facts have a foreign taste to you. I will agree that countries do violate the
conventions and not all have been punished. However, since you are completely
and absolutely WRONG, it becomes a chore to just try and correct everyone of your
nonsensical arguments with facts.

Contradiction?

Ultra_dog why don't you counter his nonsensical arguments with facts that you claim to
have knowledge of? In your last few posts you seem more interested in slinging insults
rather than presenting facts.

If I am wrong show me.

I posted the supreme court challenge to carter ending a treaty with china. I also posted
nations violating the geneva convention without reprisals.

So if I am wrong and your knowledge of international treaties law is superior to mine then
teach me. Otherwise your full of hot air.

Your only proof thus far is part of the treaty clause of the constitution however you
refuse to accept the legal definitions of that same clause as defined by past presidents
and the supreme court.

Looks kind of like your attempting to make your own laws.

Edit:Just because you are a military vet that does not mean that you have any knowledge
pertaining to the geneva convention that a civilian wouldn't have. That type of knowledge
is more job and rank oriented within the US armed forces.

I quoted the US Constitution, but apparently that's a minor document that "any
President" can disobey at convenience.

I don't know how old you are, but your Avatar is a good clue. Your writing skills are
pretty good, but your research and facts are "D minus" material. Have you
graduated from High school yet? Been in college? Military? Held a job or actually
read a newspaper? You can't win this argument, because you are wrong about the
US constitution and international treaties.

You continue to assert nonsense.

I am a US military veteran and I know the Geneva Conventions and I know that you
don't know what you are talking about. Give it a rest. You're wasting valuable 1s
and 0s.
