Me with Kaiser, no AA was used although I did have my AA guns on. (if I did fire my AA guns once, the actual hitrate would be even higher)

Same hitrate, QV has 70k more attack.

Do a full salvo damage test. You can't use that as proof as you could well have had more belt hits/hits against armour. It has been tested and proven Angus.

What's more useful? In game battles telling you an average damage per salvo via calculation, or closed tests were it's all theoretical values which are not likely to be reproduced in a real situation.

A closed test where inconsistancies can be noted and controlled. Feel free to prove that the tests we have done are incorrect, and prove that all of your shells hit the same about of deck/belt as the QV, and prove that you and the QV hit the exact same targets.

Do we know at what angle all the shots were fired? Do we know what ships were hit? Do we know how many criticals were scored? No, we certainly don't. Your practical situations angus have far too many variables to draw a reliable conclusion.

has this actually been tested ? and with most of the things u say its like u underestimate the fact of how much speed + turnrate + hitbox actually means

Clueless much, killer12347?

I have known lukas, among others, for years, and be assured, virtually all the test members trying to make this game better are doing it to better this game for EVERYONE, not for themselves nor the ships that they may have. =.=

Baselines and consistencies.

You're fired.

do realise lukas is a good player and the ones thats in charge is hopefully working on making the game better but as killer12347 said its the impression he makes in his comments on not seeing how much what i said has an effect on gameplay = why L1 sw is insane and pow and alot of other ships

QV, L1, PoW etc. they have all one thing in common: They're very good at farming bad players. And because they're also easy to use (well, PoW not so much, haven't seen a good one in ages), you see it happen more often. That's why you have to judge the ships taking players into consideration who know how to play well and use the advantages of their ships. Otherwise you will have to buff ships that are hard to use, which in turn will make them overpowered in the hands of a good player.
