It takes 5 years to fuel up 9+ planes on one pilot, whilst loading 9 pilots across 3 pilots is much quicker as fueling speed is based on size of the squadron, not overall number of planes to be launched.
This will either leave your team blind and without air cover whilst the 9 planes fuel up on a single pilot, or in the case of bombers they will usually get shot down making the long wait totally worthless.

By using multiple pilots you get the fueling speed bonus and the ability to quickly rotate low health/low fuel/destroyed planes with new ones which in theory, allows you to maintain a constance air presence.

Both cases lead towards to a CV that contributed almost nothing to the team.

This is the most idiotic thing I've ever heard. All it will do is make noob AAers knock down any large group of friendlies they see. Besides, you say you hate it because it leads to a CV contributing "almost nothing," but if you want teammates to shoot down the CV's planes how are they supposed to contribute at all?

No, really, think through your idea a little bit further and you'll find what's wrong.

It beat's enabling all the 9 Plane 1 Pilot CV's roaming about en masse like they do now,BY FAR.

Enlighten me as to why said CV's should be allowed to do what they do and get away with it.

If a CV launches 9 DB on one pilot, you can be 99% sure he's going to use them to auto DB a nevada and miss.

So those 9 DBs on one pilot are useless.

So AAing them will help the teammate CV by letting him launch another wave faster instead of having to wait for his planes to return from missing auto DB on a nevada.

So by AAing them you're helping the team.

So you should get exp for TKing them.

 

And anyway, a CV launching 9 planes on one pilot is making a negative contribution to the team, so TKing his planes helps anyway.

 

If you have to launch 9 planes on one pilot because your CV4 only has three pilots, you don't deserve to have a CV4.

At what point did I say I agree with the idea and we should shoot down friendly CVs? Oh wait, I didnt. All I did was explain to the guy why launching 9 planes off 1 pilot is a stupid thing to do. I dont actually agree with the idea just FYI, but I completely understand the OPs frustration with idiot CVs who do launch 9 pilots off 1 pilot.

 

Also, take a good hard look at the trollface the OP posted underneath his idea and try and figure out whats going on here...
