Obviously the RU BB1 and UK Nelson should be coded as exceptions.

While its funny watching a player with no scout begging for sight, its sad and is leaching in my opinion.

I would also support BB's being required to run a scout.

It is pretty simple. Not using one in shared exp is leaching.

I'll keep pushing things like this. Why? Because it is the right thing to do. People will run scouts because they will do what they have always done:- Tried to get the most exp possible.

Blaster has gotten his point explained, as does Lukas. With this in mind remember that this is the suggedtions forum, and everyone has a right to give their oppinion, despite how much others might disagree with it.

Right now it's probably best to agree to disagrre, and let it come to rest since this is a touchy subject.

explain to me where I can fit a scout on a Fuso battleship, when I have 4 engineers and two reps to be able to rush and hold OH time.

show me that heavy cruisers should have incentives for scouting as well. especially since most of them are useless AA cruisers with no way to fight back when they get in a jam.

Why punish players who need to learn how to blind fire?

On a support slot. What is the point in rushing when you can't scout for yourself?

I wouldn't be against Heavy Cruisers being included, but felt it should be restricted to BB's at first; but you complaining about support slots yet wanting CA's to have this is pretty contradictory.

And needing to learn to blind fire? That is no excuse for not running a scout.

scouts r not the problem theres 10 bbs on each side u think 8 scouts in the air would be enough? hells yes its enough. Your scouts are just food for fighters and aa !ahahahah nothn u can do hahah !!! thats why we all blinD!

If i didn't recc rehors idea already i would recc this one as well, a bb without a scout is pretty much gimping not only himself but his team in the long run and as a team each member should be doing their part to help attain victory. Leveling in a battleship that can carry a scout with no scout pilot or planes loaded shows poor team ethic and can ruin a teams chance at wining. As i like to say a scoutless battleship is a dead battleship.

Even in my earliest ship to carry a scout *CL* i CARRY a scout always, i only stopped for a short period of time with my russian PCA since i used the scout as a BO and this was 2 weeks ago during the mass of lag and the fact i was using a 56k wireless connection so it really did not matter.

I don't see what is so hard to load and send out a scout not at default alt. it's always funny when fighting to micro your scout and watch other players rage trying to AA or swat it down with fighters it serves as a great distraction. A BB who practices microing his scout can easily evade fighters by moving him as soon as fighters are spotted, although the T5 scouts don't count since they still need to be balanced properly.

I agree to this penalty and give you a +1 to the idea.
