I guess there's at least several reasons of desyncs due to bombers:
1) cut planes - in one reality fighters cut the pack of bombers, in another - no. I've judged some battles and seen screenshots from the opposite side - that happens.
1.1) one more important consequence that is much harder to see and that can influence a lot the battle: scouts could be cut in one reality and stay alive in another. What that means? One side can rush being 100% sure enemy is blind, enemy are happy shooting at easy targets. Many times have heard some players of a team see enemies/give light, another ally don't see enemies due to lack of light. Several times i've seen screenshots (one reality scout was flying, in another - there was darkness) - that happens.
2) misses of bombers - in one reality they hit, in another - miss (however, I'm not 100% sure that it isn't consequence of (1) ).
CVs are not the only problem of desyncs: i have seen desyncs also in 2BB vs 2BB battles. but they happen much more rarely (may be due to larger packs of bombs/shells comparing to remaining ship hp/SD).
Devs do not see any relation... ask them to check the procedure how
1. the shell/bomb dmg is applied.
2. the dmg shooting (including when a fighter is damaging another) at planes is applied.
If there's everything ok then either desyncs are in our minds or nothing except reduction of torp dmg will help :D
IMHO, bombers were used in previous leagues. There were desyncs, but not often enough to make it impossible to play the league up to the end. Meanwhile, recent updates (or something else) has increased the amount of desyncs: that can cause increase of desyncs in league battles too.
