Hello NavyField players & fleets,


 

If you didn't already notice the post about the fleet league rules then I will give you a brief update on what is happening.

The sign ups have now ended and I am starting on the fixtures for the Second Season.


 

Official Fleet League rules can be found in the link below, I am still changing it slightly to better occommodate the fleets and ensuring there is a good variety in the leagues setups.

I found that when I play my DBW in GBs, I'm almost always desynced judging by fleet mates who ask what I'm doing lol

Also, me and a few friends pulled some CV6 FW's into Area 14 and played against each other and always found that the result of the battles ended differently on each player's screen.  For example On my screen, I killed all and had 5 left, on theirs they killed all mine with 3 left of theirs. 

Those are my observations

We have plane desyncs in 14 area (normal room battle).

It reminds me RU-server history. Administration once installed patch that led to mass crashes on HA. (It was about change ship place in shipyard by green arrow). Then, instead of correcting their mistake, they started to ask community for feedbacks, to gather info. They installed new patches again and again, but matters became only worse and people were leaving the project.  

So all we need now is summer's game version and possibility to get fun on the league!

 

info: I saw plane desyncs in 14 and 12 (BBs ran from me like they didnt see me). All you need to get a desync is create room in clan zone, take couple AA ships, BBs, CVs with fighters.

rules for more that have been changed several times are good. limited participation of CV and SS lvls and low type SS2 Cv 3. BB regarding a very good decision

What is named by desync in league?
Desynced ships only, or desynced planes including vision.

E.g. it happens that part of players may have vision, another part - no, due to cut planes.

We have had one fleet drop out if the league so now there will be a bye each week for one fleet

We may also be delaying the league until this desync issue is worked out but I'll have more info for you later this evening when I get home

@general,

I will send you a pm discussing this as the sign ups have closed.

As for the starts I will be postponing it until the 23rd as the current stability issues are showing to be a major issue. As Vick has stated the GMs and Devs are working on this and I will not make all fleets commit to turn up each week only to face delays and issues due to stability.

I am sorry to inform you all about this but as I stated it is for the communities benefit that the start is delayed.

I will let you all know well in advance if things change.

I have to ask.... Why have you decided to allow T4 scouts vs T3 fighters?  It basically allows a person managing his scout to be immune to fighters...  The speed difference entirely unbalances the concept of the game.  Now fighters will be glorified scouts that can kill bombers, and nothing more.

First of all ,

i think hero is making a valid point here , i also think t3 scouts would be the better choice all on all.

 

2nd

Clan Area 19 ist also causing desyncs in pretty every normal game room , that includes cv's

BB rooms also got these desyncs but somehow they seem to occur much less and not that drastically.
