Recommmend that u try out low lvl ss3-ss4 its Very frustrating and unrewarding
beacuse of the amount of low lvl dd running around with asw nowadays.

There is a few high lvl ss4 which handle the subs with great skill and they deserve
to be a fear for the BB:s

Not judging all bb players but there is a "few" BB whiners.

- first it was cv:s bomberwhoring and db damage.
- then it was cv:s again beacuse of scouting and lack of fighterprotection.
- after that it was overpowered subs (which i agree on in the very first beginning)

......and then is going to be what ?

According to my opinion some BB drivers are leaders of the "whinerclub". You can큧
always judge things out of BB:s perspective.

Subs do NOT need to be nerfed.

How about removing that ridiculous splash damage that can and will sink everything by
going kaboon nearby?

Especially annoying when using a ASW DD when even is you use bulge and belt one torp is
more than capable of killing you by going boom somewhere not even close to your ship.

Of course i would love to use HH but those are kinda overpriced (to the point only a CV
can both use them and earn money in a game)

how about increase the minimum firing range for submarine torpedo to a range where an
Observant battleship captain can see the torpedo spread and be able dodge at least one of
the torpedos. As a result submarine commanders have to stand off and actually carefully
aim a torpedo spread. How many BB captains actually put enough armour (both belt and
bulge) to reduce amount of damage they take from Sub torpedos

Sub gameplay is boring, repetitive, and less rewarding than that of BBs. If they weren't
overpowered than no one would use them.

In order to make them appealing to play, they had to make them overpowered. It was a lot
easier than spending the time to make sub gameplay more complex and balanced.

the bulge works with a fleet member we tested the bunge in a BB5 against a SS4
he resisted ALL the torps whit barely 4500 of dmg even less

also instead nerf the sub gave them a SS5/6 BUT use the dmg/heal point of a actual
SS4 as a reference for the SS6 and only increase the displacement to fit the high lvl
sailors

Thats why I carry only enough that it dosnt slow me down. Gives me protection against
kitas and the occasional TB wave. My Midway has 255 bulge + belt and even with 900 sd
SS3/4s can still sink me. The only reason I load up like that is because CV6s are slow
anyway.

The thing that makes the whole "BBs should just use bulge and belt instead of speed!"
really annoying is the bulge disappears in...maybe...one salvo from an SS34.

It, literally, is nothing more than a small roadblock for a sub.

You can't outrun the sub because all that armor slows you down and you have no
defense against them after 80% of their first salvo.

Not that I know of, but with the massive damage SS torps do its trivial in the long run.
