I have seen BB that for the sake of speed dont equip any bulge and think that SS are op.
Jet 1 time I wached how BB take +2 salvos and still had the time to wait SS get out of air
and sunk it(he had +80% after the sub).

My problem with subs is their ability to sink me without hitting me. Ever dodge a full
wave of SS4 torps only to get oneshot by the splash damage despite having belt/bulge? To
me thats bullshit. I say get rid of dud torpedoes, cut splash damage down to the level of
other torpedoes, and cut torp damage by a small amount. Atleast if splash damage will be
reduced it will bring some skill to the SS class.

I've spent a considerable amount of time in my SS4. Even without using 120 engies
and reps, the ship is more than capable of getting across the map and sinking
enemy CVs or BBs. I agree they need to be nerfed. IMO, if they add a tier 5 or 6
class sub, the area that the SS4s currently perform at is the level of performance I'd
expect out of those ships.

Yet with a CV you can see submarines with a Sonarman. You can't with BB's.

Sure, you can have an escort with a sonarman, which helps alot; However, this is a level
based game; A BB or CA should be able to use a sonarman.

ASW is also horribly imbalanced. SS gameplay is boring and easy, and one dimensional.

I think if you just remove bombers and BB's the game would get better. You would get rid
of over 90% of all the whining that goes on. I have a UK PCV with 255 bulge, 900 SD and I
carry the 4 HH's per side (not prem) that I can and I could care less about subs. I get
the torpedo incoming message in game, and I HH 1 inch behind them. Most of the time it's
either dead or crippled SS. All BB players do is blame other people for why they were
sunk. It's either CV's for not scouting, or CV's for scouting and not making the other
team blind, or SS's for being way OP, or even luck. I've never heard a BB player say
"nice shot man, you got me fair and square".

I guess the moral of the story is even if the game was perfectly balanced, BB players
would still find something to whine about. I'm going to go back to providing vision and
getting yelled at for not clearing the line of enemy fighters.

Playing asw is a little expensive,especially from players whot not have cv.Few day in
asama+ escort ff asw cost me over 700k.xp sux- huge gap in buget this is asw.Maybe it's
better to increased xp(4 ss kiled)and lower price hh

This is a level based game. It was a level based game in the past. And, it should
continue to be a level based game in the future.

If you gave me a BB3 that could turn invisible from a majority of the ships in the game,
could one-shot BB56s, and didn't even have to hit ships to kill them...I would happily go
33 while being invisible.

And, people would cry until they are blue in the face because it was unbalanced. But,
there are people that defend subs for some odd reason.
