I saw Vick's post last night about this, but it was RIGHT BEFORE I logged off to go to bed (at 2 am after a day of classes mind you) so I was a bit groggy. However, I can see that this is real, and I have mixed emotions. Granted I cannot participate in HA so it doesnt directly affect me. That being said, It would be nice to see more HA's happening on kaiser. There is usually a pattern for our server. One fleet will attack one week. Next weekend none. Then maybe 2 the next. Then all of a sudden all 4 harbors are attacked. I wish to see all 4 harbors attacked EVERY weekend. This will keep people playing and encourage them to level up more. I need more people to play GB's with (yes, you had to know I had an alterior motive).
Now for the counter-argument. With the two harbor rule back in effect, I am flashing back to about a year and a half ago. On Bismarck, all 4 harbors were controlled by 2 fleets, and for months it was that way. That is boring and frustrating for everyone. It leads to a lot of complaints and bad relationships among everyone. I for one, want to see healthy competition among fleets. I want to see fleets making friends with each other, but at the same time fighting each other for one of the most coveted things in the game. I want to see people giving out constructive criticism, everyone saying "good game, it was a joy to fight you" after every HA. This change in the system just brings me back to when everyone hated two fleets because they were the only options to attack. But, enough of my blabbering.
Glad everyone finally got what they fought for. Good luck to all fleets, and I encourage even the small fleets who don't think they are HA worthy to try, you can only learn by doing.
tl;dr version -yay more HA's and more competition -boo, you could end up with 2 superflotas sitting on harbors forever -new and small fleets should definately try HA, to prepare for when they are really ready
