well ppl have said that having 1 harbor rule is killing HA, I for one voted for the 1 harbor rule only saying give it a chance and see how it works, well we have done that, now I believe we need to go back to the 2 harbor system and let fleets battle it out, I know on the kiaser server all of the HA fleets except for maybe 2 of them own harbors we are at a stalemate, ill be happy to admit i was wrong, now lets fix it and open the harbors up for a 2 harbor ownership  thanks

And how do you do that when no one attacks your harbor twit?

We had the two harbor limit and it worked prior to the server merge. Why those idiots at $DE took it away no one will ever figure out, because it was a dumb thing to do.

err not trying to derail the thread but I thought altsein was perma banned?

and now back to topic, why would any1 wanna give up a harbour? what would the point of having all those rentals then? since you have to keep it for a certain time just to get them....would make it pointless unless you'd rather SDE be the way they are and make it so that when you take a harbour you get every rental...

2 harbours would be the best choice since it'd basicly keep all HA fleets busy defending and attacking.

i can think of 6 fleets in on Nebraska that are gonna just sit on their harbors for weeks since they wont be able to fight against each other for those considering the 1 harbor rule

there will be even fewer declarations

BB4/5 rentals are broken anyway... Keep it for 11 months for BB3, drop, repeat?


I'd personally liked the no limit. Allowed fleets to span their absolute limits and test how patient people could be doing 1-4 HAs per day.

the problem with this is it only helps the bigger fleets of navyfield....... doesnt then give a chance to the smaller fleets to do a ha
