well ppl have said that having 1 harbor rule is killing HA, I for one voted for the 1 harbor rule only saying give it a chance and see how it works, well we have done that, now I believe we need to go back to the 2 harbor system and let fleets battle it out, I know on the kiaser server all of the HA fleets except for maybe 2 of them own harbors we are at a stalemate, ill be happy to admit i was wrong, now lets fix it and open the harbors up for a 2 harbor ownership  thanks

What are u talking about little fleets do have chances.. u can declare whenever u want to im just saying if Big fleets are sitting on one harbour for 2 months and not getting attacked is wrong. and with the 2 harbours max per fleet would even it out.

little fleets have a chance in the sense that they can declear exactly the same as everyone else, weather or not they will get close to getting a harbour depends on the fleet, but oppening up the harbours to 2 per fleet would make things interesting again, geting boring not being decleared against for two months...

if little fleets have a probelm with not being able to get a harbour, GET BIGGER...

i think are good to open MN and SN harbour because allot players have MN/SN ship....i play alot for Alsace and cant be in MN harbour? :p com on must to be opened this MN/SN to be assaulted :)) and are more fun

We own a harbor and haven't been declared on for weeks. I like both defending and attacking, so removing the one harbor rule now makes sense.

For smaller fleets, if you have 30 peeps, just do it.

As for the number of harbors, if we don't have enough activity to make four interesting, why in the world would they open two more?

Say it would be better if sde open up the rest of the harbors for HA..

Then there is more harbors and more fleets to defend/attack.

my thoughts.
