Hello NavyField players & fleets,

If you didn't already notice the post about the fleet league rules then I will give you a brief update on what is happening.

anyone who wishes to apply to be a referee please fill in the form below.

https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1XVVxA5D3dxdbR-g5AR9uo2aGjN1mb7inC7v4LA7NoT0/viewform

The sign ups have now ended and I am starting on the fixtures for the Second Season.

Official Fleet League rules can be found in the link below, I am still changing it slightly to better occommodate the fleets and ensuring there is a good variety in the leagues setups.

I thank everyone who wish to join in advance and hope this season will be as fun as last season.

Regards,

If there's the final version of the rules then:

The referee can call out where the offending planes are so the opposing team can take appropriate action if you fail to move your planes back.

Do I remember right, that at Normal rooms planes are not shot down when they cross the border? If they are shot down then I don't know what for is this rule.
If they stay alive then I'll ask you once again: what punishment can be applied by ref?
No points deduction, no lost round, battle just go on?

Rule 1.8.
So it is not fobidden to enter the room with one setup, have a look at setup of enemy team and change some ships (e.g. 2BBs quit and then 2CVs enter).

Rule 2.1.
IMHO, worth to add to FleetWar declaration the map choice info and setup few points deduction for delay in declaration or just a default map NoWayOut1 must be chosen.

@Andreyeff,

with any rules there is always going to be a few typos I have over looked.

I have made the changes and removed some wording to make it clear.

:D find any more let me know.

In the previous event SylverXI thought up good rules of gathering teams before a match.

Each ref creates a prep room in area 19 for each team. A team may enter to the room with any count of people. Then they ask ref to close room and a fleet sends a real configuration (20 ships) to "bravo". Then a fleet leader chats : "configuration is defined" and a ref screens all ships in "bravo". Fleets cannot change final configuration.

After both teams are made this preparations they are invited to the battle room :)

For an enemy team it's not possible to know about your setup so you can surprise them :) And if someone crashes we can wait for him a couple of minutes, because he cannot change his ship anyway.

In the sign-up form, you have an entry for Fleet Leader. Do you want that to be the Radio account, the name of the actual leader in-game, or the team leader for the league?

Pretty much the same question for Emergency Contact. Is that supposed to be like an assistant team leader that you can have as a second contact or would you like that to be the team leader if the "Fleet Leader" is actually meant to be the fleet leader?

Preferred the fleet leader but you can out your team leader if you wish. The emergency contact is a backup and email is just the contact email.

I will add a section on that tonight as I have it written up.

The deal with having two fleets as an alliance is I must get confirmation that if one drops out the other will too, and one fleet in the alliance can only field 60% of the total team in the battle.

Prizes will be split 50/50 unless the two fleet leaders agree on something.

So to answer your question, yes you can.

Great to know. What is the right way to fill in the form in this case?

To be honest because I completely forgot about the fleet alliance system I will need to make a separate form or edit the current one, bare with me as I am currently at work and I'll update the sign up form when I get home

Also for those that didn't notice I have extended the sign ups for a few extra days xD.
