smart BB > SS < smart BB

Ok here is the plain and simple answer to the subs issue.

Subs would probably be fine if there was ASW in battle, as many battle have no capable ASW
then there is no counter to the power subs have so they are OP.

BB<SS<ASW<BB

With no ASW the chain becomes

BB<SS>BB

Care to elaborate on that? If it was explained earlier in the thread, TL;DR. Otherwise
you might as well say "Everyone with sense knows that waffles are better than
pancakes" (even though they really are).

As far as SS and ASW gameplay, I can see how you can come to that conclusion, but
like SK said... Subs bring another dimension to the game.

I think that it is very narrow view say generaly that SS play is boring and one
dimensional...maybe for some people yes but for some other is borring BB play, CV
play etc... In NF is many people which enjoy SS play same like there is many people
which enjoy BB, CV, CA, etc...
For example for me is very enjoyable switch from BB to SS next to CV again to BB
etc... because in my personal opinion is boring stay only on one ship class...

About OP subs it is again only personal opinion...because if I큟 on sub (SS4 with
high level crew) then some times I feel underpovered on my sub agains smart BB
players who knows how to beat subs (maneuvering, HH, guns, smart team
playing)...And I think that I don큧 need to speak about smart DD, CL players
because I큟 only food if I meet them...

If i큟 running on BB I never scolding to submarine players because I know that it is
only my mistake if I큟 sunk by submarine (for example I know that somewhere near
is submarine but I don큧 care, I don큧 put HH on my BB, didn큧 call ASW ship to help
me etc. - there is very much things to do to don큧 be sunk by subs)

Then talking about OP subs are very relative and it is based on which side you are...

I think that subs are OK now, only maybe it will be good to change SS tiers levels for
example change SS4 level to around 90 lvl, SS3 change to around 75 lvl...

Subs do NOT Need To Be nerfed and i think They Are good like now and for

Everyone here knows you are a trolling. You don't know about game balance. Not a personal
insult, just an observation from your posting that US T4's are fine and that subs are fine.

Everyone with sense knows that US T4's are overpowered, and that Submarines are
overpowered for their levels (with the possible exception of SS1's and maybe SS2's). On top
of that, KM and IJN SS's are above all the others.

Also, SS and ASW gameplay is one dimensional and boring, and give no rewards exp wise for
proper gameplay.

My RL is just fine thank you. Although I find it funny how you cry about personal attacks
and attempt to bring my RL into this.

I have seen IJN ss4 one shot or 2 the bb6, do you think its fair a for lvl 77 ship to take
down so easily a lvl 120? What is thinking the player who have puts money in his bb6
to vet him to be sunk be a cheap sub? i dont think this is fair.

Was this a 1v1 battle? If so, shame on the BB6... A sub relies entirely on their team to
scout for them. If this is GB1/2, move along now... nothing new here.

ASW works fine. "if" you've got somebody with either an escort, or a FF/DD/CL that
doesn't charge recklessly to their doom like they do in Blitz games, you'll see the sub
coming.

if you've got somebody with HH, the sub is more or less doomed.

unfortunately, if you use HH, you lose exp if you're not a TW, since HH + Guns = a no no
in SDE's playbook.

especially for the BB 1s & 2s that are forced to sit back and pick their targets or risk
being one shotted by larger BB4+
