well compared to other nation 8 torps to shot down 255 bulge is ok, when others have to fire 4 by 4 (or 6)and pray they dont pass throught...
8 front tubes have his advantages and his disadvantages, I already made an entire test of subs in the old version, nobody has paid any attention.. and it's true that IJN are the most powerfull

once ss5 comes out they MUST nerf ss4 and have ss5 take its place. else i wont step into a gb with out PHH.

And that is why I chuckle when the rabid sub drivers say "zomg, stupid BB drivers only put on belt and bulge til they lose a knot. Maybe if you used armor, everything would be ok!"

If you have 3 people testing, line the target up on the same side as SS, less travel time...
